About WeAI

Technology changes. Human learning matters.

WeAI is an early-stage, research-informed learning platform exploring how people can use artificial intelligence smartly, creatively, and responsibly.

Our purpose

WeAI focuses on human learning, critical judgment, creativity, responsibility, and agency in the age of AI. Its aim is to help individuals move from knowing to judgment to action while retaining ownership of their thinking and decisions.

Human–AI collaboration

WeAI treats collaboration with AI as a human learning challenge as well as a technical one. Learners need opportunities to question suggestions, explore alternatives, explain their choices, and consider the people affected by their actions. Human agency means retaining the ability to choose, revise, and take responsibility.

Who it is for

The platform is being developed with adult learners, educators, and professionals in mind. The current MVP offers an example of the intended learning approach, rather than a complete curriculum or an established educational service.

Our approach

The initiative connects ideas from research on adult learning, critical judgment, and human agency with practical learning experiences. The three pillars—Smartly, Creatively, and Responsibly—provide a framework for exploring when to use AI, how to create with it, and how to consider its consequences.

The current learning module invites learners to compare an AI answer with a source, explain a decision, and reflect on how to apply the lesson elsewhere. Its source material is fictional and clearly labeled for educational use.

Research-informed describes the platform’s conceptual orientation, not a claim of demonstrated effectiveness. Our Research page explains the working framework, open questions, and proposed evaluation directions.

Our stage

WeAI is in an early stage of development. Its learning activities are educational prototypes, not validated assessments. They do not diagnose abilities, certify competence, or establish learning outcomes. Written responses in the current module are not automatically graded.
